Be smart - It's a game.  How much information do you need to provide?  Some people take the game too seriously and a kick from the clan could turn into problems for you down the road if your personal information can be exploited.  You should avoid:

-Providing your real name
-Providing your address
-Providing information that would allow you to be personally compromised if you quit the game tomorrow (address, work, etc)

It's up to you, but just be smart.
